Amy Winehouse Dead at 27

Amy Winehouse has been found dead in her London apartment.

According to a press release from the Metropolitan Police:

"Police were called by London Ambulance Service to an address in Camden Square NW1 shortly before 16.05hrs today, Saturday 23 July, following reports of a woman found deceased. On arrival officers found the body of a 27-year-old female who was pronounced dead at the scene. Enquiries continue into the circumstances of the death. At this early stage it is being treated as unexplained."

This is very sad news as I personally was a fan of Winehouse.

Lala and Kelly Rowland Shape Up

 

Kelly Rowland her BFF La La Vaquez are featured in the upcoming edition of Shape magazine showing off their joint workout routine.

VMA Nominations Announced Tonight!!

The nominees for this year's MTV VMA's will be announced tonight via a live stream by MTV. The show, which airs August, 28, 2011 at 8pm EST, will be sure to bring out many of today's best performers in music.

The nominee special will air at 11 p.m. ET/ 8 p.m. PT and feature surprise guests spreading the good news. It will be followed by a special VMA nomination live stream on MTV.com that will serve up even more special guests and music experts employing Skype, Twitter and Facebook to give post-VMA nominee-announcement commentary and reactions.

I sure do love me a good music awards show.
